The Audi Club Florida 2023 election results have been concluded and certified. This year marked a significant moment for the Chapter as the entire Board of Directors (BoD) was subject to election, aligning with the Chapter’s newly ratified bylaws. Seven candidates competed for nine open positions on the board for the 2024-2026 term. We express our gratitude to the Audi Club members who actively participated in the election by casting their votes.
Here are the results for the Audi Club Florida 2023 election:
- Bud Dannemiller – Emerald Coast Region
- Roc Linkov – Platinum Coast Region
- Jeremy Chavez – Emerald Coast Region
- Carson Heter – Central Region
- Matthew Guerra – Treasure Coast Region
- Adam Marko – First Coast Region
- Matthew Wobbleton – Space Coast Region
We extend a warm welcome to Adam Marko, Bud Dannemiller, Carson Heter, Jeremy Chavez, Matthew Guerra, Matthew Wobbleton, and Roc Linkov, who will be serving on the 2024-2026 Board of Directors!
Because this is the first at-large election under the new bylaws, the term length for each Board member will be determined based on the total votes for each nominee. This approach ensures a balance in the board’s experience and continuity and will be staggered as outlined below.
- The three board members with the highest vote count will serve a 3-year term.
- The three board members with the next highest vote count will serve a 2-year term.
- The three board members with the next highest vote count will serve a 1-year term.
The board will convene in January 2024 for their inaugural meeting to nominate and elect executive officers for a one-year term. Starting in 2024, three of the nine Audi Club Florida Board of Director positions will be open for election as specified in the Audi Club Florida BoD Nomination Details & Process. Additionally, the 2025 Board of Directors will be invited to attend the final board meeting of the year in December 2024.
The voting period spanned from November 20th through December 20th, with the results certified by Audi Club North America’s National Office. Once again, we appreciate the active engagement of our members in shaping the leadership of Audi Club Florida.
